Delete your Chad PSL AI account
Enter the email you sign in with, and we email you a link to confirm. You don’t need the app or a sign-in. In the app, the same is in Account → Privacy and data → Delete account.
The link works once, for 1 hour. Nothing is deleted until you open it and confirm. Link not arriving? Email [email protected] from the address on your account, and we delete it within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. If you subscribe to Chad PSL AI Plus, cancel it first in the store you bought it from: App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Otherwise the store keeps charging you.
What is deleted
At once and permanently (it cannot be undone):
- Your account and its email address, and every signed-in session
- Your scans, reports and glow-up plans
- Your consent records and preferences
- Your scan credits and credit history, unused credits included (they are not refunded)
- Your customer record at our payments provider (RevenueCat)
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records, for accounting and tax, no longer linked to you. Apple and Google keep their own records of what you bought.
- A record of which consent statements were agreed and when, under a one-way code of your email, for up to 5 years, as proof of consent should a legal claim ever need it. It holds no email, photo or result.
- Only if our age check ever paused your account: one-way codes of your email, your device and the photos involved, for up to 30 days after the pause, so it can’t be undone by signing up again (to protect children).
- Photos our AI provider OpenAI received for an analysis: up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted by OpenAI.
- Server logs (never photos, scores or your email): up to 30 days.
- Encrypted database backups: until they age out, within 30 days. If we ever restore one, your deletion is applied again first.
